The candidate will be responsible for coordinating service operations, handling customer inquiries, and managing after-sales services related to refrigerated containers. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Act as the main contact for customers, addressing service inquiries and providing technical assistance on refrigerated containers.
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service operations between customers and the technical team, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Technical Support: Leverage technical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and resolving refrigerated container issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the refrigerated container industry or related field.
Strong knowledge of refrigerated containers, including their operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to understand and convey technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
