The company required a specialized 40-ft dual refrigerated container to store hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) at ultra-low temperatures of -30°C to maintain its stability and safety.

Challenge:

The client needed a custom-engineered 40-ft refrigerated container with dual independent refrigeration units to function separately for enhanced redundancy and reliability. The solution had to comply with international safety and electrical standards, including:

  • Voltage: 380/440 Volts
  • Frequency: 50 Hz A.C.
  • Earth & phase conditions: Unique setup for secure operations
  • Circuit Breaker: 32 Amp with Type “D” motor start
  • Electrical Safety: 32 Amp outlet socket within 10–15 meters of the unit, safeguarded by an RCD

These specifications were crucial to ensure uninterrupted, fail-safe operation in the extreme Qatari climate.
