Objective for Sales Manager Role:
My objective as a Senior Sales Manager at Crystal Logistics is to drive substantial revenue growth
by leveraging my extensive experience and strong industry connections. I aim to build and
maintain high-level client relationships to ensure the successful delivery of customized reefer
container solutions. With a focus on strategic planning, business development, and P&L
management, my goal is to lead Crystal Logistics to new heights in the reefer container market.

Job Overview:
Crystal Logistics is seeking experienced Sales Managers with in-depth industry knowledge to join
our team, specializing in Reefer Container Sales and Leasing. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will
be responsible for generating significant revenue by offering premium Reefer Container Solutions
shaped to the needs of clients across diverse industries. This role requires exceptional industry
knowledge, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage P&L effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue high-impact business opportunities within various sectors, focusing on
    Pharmaceutical and Frozen Food.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets for reefer
    container sales and leasing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers and industry
    stakeholders.
  • Offer customized reefer container solutions to address complex client needs.
  • Negotiate complex terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure large-scale deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
  • Manage P&L and ensure profitability in the reefer container division.

    Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or cold chain industry.
  2. Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  5. Bachelor’s degree/MBA/Mechanical Engineer.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the reefer container industry and its key trends.
