My objective as a Sales Manager at Crystal Logistics is to drive revenue growth by identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and frozen food industries.
I aim to build strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and offering
customized reefer container solutions. With a focus on strategic sales planning, my goal is to
achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams
to provide excellent customer experiences. By leveraging my expertise in sales, negotiation, and
relationship-building, I intend to contribute to Crystal Logistics’ continued success and growth
in the reefer container market.
Job Overview:
Crystal Logistics is seeking motivated Sales Managers to join our team, specializing in Reefer
Container Sales and Leasing. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in generating revenue
by offering premium Reefer Container Solutions shaped to the needs of clients across diverse
industries. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by identifying new business
opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within various sectors, focusing on
Pharmaceutical and Frozen Food. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for reefer container
sales and leasing. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their
requirements. - Offer customized reefer container solutions to address client needs and preferences.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions.
- Identify industries requiring short-duration storage solutions and convert customers to
Crystal’s innovative cold storage container solutions.
Requirements:
- A demonstrated track record of success in sales, ideally within the cold chain industry, with
experience leading the Pharma and Food verticals. - Established connections with key contacts in Pharma and Food companies, including
professionals in Engineering, Purchase, Warehousing, Plant Management, and Supply Chain. - Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with cold chain products across various modes, such as air, sea, road, and storage.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
