A leading private oil and gas exploration and production company in India is committed to sustainability and aims to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2030. Their Barmer, Rajasthan operations are central to this mission, focusing on innovative energy solutions and carbon reduction. In partnership with a global energy technology leader, they are harnessing geothermal energy from repurposed oil and gas wells to generate up to 2.4 MW of electricity, offsetting around 17,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions every year.
