Job Summary:

The Manager/ Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounts and finance, including managing receivables, payables, GST and other compliance, trial balance preparation and finalisation, inventory management, foreign remittance, financial reporting as per Accounting Standards, and strategic financial analysis (FP&A role). The role involves close coordination with the auditors and other cross-functional departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accounts Receivables and Payables Management:
    • Manage and monitor accounts receivable and payable processes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate accounting of invoices, collection of receivables and prompt payment of payables.

Objective:

As a Cold Chain Solution Specialist, the main goal is to develop new and existing products. The role also focuses on creating pre- and post-sales solutions to increase Reefer Container sales. This involves concept selling, creating modular cold storage solutions, and leasing Reefer Containers for cold storage across India.

Additionally, the role integrates product knowledge, technical support, research and development, and maintenance oversight. It also uses expertise in refrigeration systems, ISO containers, electrical systems, and diagnostics to deliver efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge and Pre-Sales Support:

. Learn all about reefer container technology, including cooling systems, insulation, and temperature control.
