Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD). This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and the flexibility to be available 24×7 as per business needs.   • Lead end-to-end installation of a commercial cold room with a small footprint and high performance.

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HVAC/Reefer Technician to join our team as a Senior Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality technical support to our reefer container clients post-deployment.
You will use your hands-on expertise in refrigeration systems to diagnose issues remotely, assist clients with structured troubleshooting, and ensure seamless coordination with field service teams. Success in this role means delivering timely resolutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high service-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Client Support

  • Respond to client queries related to reefer container performance, alarms, and operational behavior

  • Provide expert-level guidance on best practices, preventive maintenance, and fault resolution

  • Maintain detailed logs of service calls, diagnostics, and client interactions

2. Remote Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

  • Analyze issues using client feedback, system data, and historical service records

  • Conduct step-by-step troubleshooting via phone or video, ensuring clarity and safety

  • Escalate complex technical matters to field teams with structured diagnostic reports

3. Field Service Coordination

  • Assess when on-site intervention is needed and assign qualified technicians accordingly

  • Ensure field teams are equipped with the correct tools, spare parts, and service protocols

  • Track service completion, verify resolution, and follow up with clients for feedback


Required Qualifications

  • ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

  • Certification in reefer systems (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin) preferred


Experience Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience working with reefer containers and refrigeration systems

  • Strong background in refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, and microprocessor-based controls


Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Refrigeration cycle knowledge and HVAC troubleshooting

  • Electrical diagnostics and controller/microprocessor understanding

  • Familiarity with service-tracking tools and basic MS Excel

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and client-handling ability

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
